How it works
A professional procurement workflow: from your requirement to verified options, one commercial Vardiso quotation and coordinated supply.
[01]
Requirement
3–10 difficult MPNs, a full RFQ/BOM or a recurring requirement.
[02]
European sourcing & verification
Supply channels identified; availability, MOQ, lead time and documentation verified.
[03]
One Vardiso quotation
Viable lines consolidated into one commercial offer.
[04]
Supply coordination
Supplier, documentation and agreed freight flow coordinated; import responsibilities agreed per order.
Availability, price and lead time depend on what the supplier confirms.
- STEP 01
Your requirement
Send 3–10 difficult MPNs, a full RFQ/BOM or a recurring procurement requirement. Quantities, mandatory brands and any required certificates help us move faster.
- STEP 02
Requirement review
We review the request and clarify missing specifications with you, so the RFQ is workable for suppliers.
- STEP 03
European sourcing
We identify relevant European supply channels and request pricing, availability, lead times and required documentation across brands.
- STEP 04
Verification
Availability, MOQ, documentation, lead time and commercial conditions are verified with the suppliers before anything is quoted.
- STEP 05
One Vardiso quotation
Viable lines are consolidated into one commercial Vardiso offer — one price, one validity, one set of terms. Any alternative or substitution requires your approval first.
- STEP 06
Order & supply coordination
We coordinate supplier follow-up, order handling, required documentation and the agreed freight flow toward Suriname. Full consolidation, a partial release or an urgent part-shipment can be agreed per order. Import, clearance, duties and taxes are agreed per order — normally with the buyer as importer of record.
What your quotation sets out
- The exact part and quantity
- Availability and expected lead time, as confirmed by the supplier
- Documents and certificates that are available
- How long the quotation is valid
- What is included in the shipment, and the delivery terms
- Who handles import, clearance, duties and taxes
- Which approvals are required for any alternative or substitution
For each order, we agree what is included: the parts, shipment, any consolidation and cargo insurance, delivery terms and import responsibilities. The customer in Suriname is normally the importer. Duties, taxes and destination charges are identified separately and are not automatically included. Delivery timelines remain subject to confirmation by the supplier and carrier.
